Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge on Computer Hardware & Networking
  2. Windows/Linux operating system Installation and troubleshooting
  3. Network Printer, Antivirus installation & Basic Software installation
  4. Installing and configuring windows server 2012R2, 2016, 2019
  5. Installing and working on Windows 10, 11
  6. Strong Knowledge on DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, IIS
  7. Server and network Monitoring
  8. Download and install Windows patches
  9. Configuring and working on Firewall and WAP, Networking concepts like IPV4, TCP/IP and VPN
  10. Knowledge on Group policy creating and applying on Organizational Units
  11. Creating, Modifying, Deleting, enabling and disable the users on Active directory
  12. Knowledge on Windows MS SQL Server will be added advantage
  13. Troubleshooting skills of technical issues related to server OS and networks will be added advantage
